MMA (mixed, martial arts) is a 30 minute high intensity, interval class, where we will be punching, twisting, and kicking our way to burn fat! No equipment is used in this class. We use our body weight!
Classes are Monday: 10am and 5pm, 6pm.
Results-driven, total body strength and conditioning workouts! Keep your body guessing and transforming with a combination of strength training, cardio conditioning, and core work to get ripped like never before!
Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4:45pm, 6pm, and Wednesdays at 10am.
Barre fitness is a low impact, total body workout, that works your muscles to the point of fatigue. Barre classes are for all levels of fitness. It is a great routine that burns calories and burns fat. Small isometric movements (pulses) that involve mind to muscle connection. A great way to burn calories and relieve stress!
Classes are Wednesdays: 4:45pm, 6pm.
P90X Live cardio and core is a 30 minute, high intensity class where we will burn calories and melt away fat, while training and strengthening the core!
Classes are Saturdays: 11am.
